use, unclear, and simply wasn’t doing its job properly. Heating controls should be straightforward and help you keep your home comfortable, not leave you feeling frustrated.

We also took the time to walk the customer through how to use the new thermostat, including how to download the Tado app and adjust their settings from their phone. It’s so much easier for them now – no more struggling with confusing buttons or wondering if the heating’s on or off!
The customer was delighted with the upgrade. Not only does the Tado look sleek and modern on the wall, but it’s also made a huge difference to how they control their home’s heating. It's simple, effective, and gives them much more control – whether they’re at home or out and about.
