Exclusion of Personal Items: It is explicitly stated that personal items, decorations, family photos, and any other personal belongings of the customer will not be included in the video recording footage. Our focus is strictly on documenting the electrical work and ensuring the integrity of our services. 

4. Customer Consent: Prior to initiating any video recording within a customer's residence, explicit consent will be obtained from the customer. This consent will be documented either through a signed agreement or verbal confirmation, as per the customer's preference.

5. Confidentiality and Security: All recorded video footage will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and stored securely in compliance with data protection regulations. Access to recorded footage will be restricted to authorised personnel only, and measures will be in place to prevent unauthorised access or misuse. 

6. Limited Use of Recorded Content: Recorded video footage will only be used for internal purposes, such as quality assurance, training, or dispute resolution. Under no circumstances will recorded content be shared or disseminated outside of the company without the explicit consent of the customer, except as required by law. 

7. Customer Awareness and Communication: Customers will be informed of our video recording policy prior to the commencement of any work within their residence. They will also be provided with clear information regarding the purpose of recording, the scope of recording, and their rights regarding the use of recorded footage. 

8. Compliance with Legal Regulations: We are committed to complying with all relevant laws and regulations governing video surveillance, privacy, and data protection. Any concerns or inquiries regarding video recording should be directed to our customer service team for prompt resolution.
